Summertime on Fall River…

Man, these last two months have been a time warp!

I have been spending most of my guide days up on Fall River and the season has been fantastic. The bug hatches… primarily of the variety in the bwo and pmd… have been super solid and super consistent nearly every day this season. Pmd’s emerging so consistently that you could practically set your watch by the emergence every day.

Of course, as fishing is fishing… some days were naturally a little “off” and tougher than they could have been…weather woes, wind, or just supernatural cosmic turmoil (or maybe just angler vibes or skillset?). BUT…most days offered up as good as fishing (catching) as anyone rightly deserves! We had quite a few EPIC days.

All-in-all I will remember this 2026 spring/summer season as one of the best ones I have experienced on Fall River. Many peeps feel the same and have already re-booked their time for next season with me. If you want to get on my calendar get a hold of me asap as the prime dates will book up.
